CONVENT (310 DEVOE STREET)


The Convent was vacated not too long ago and was home to many Nuns. It still remains fully functional with working heat and electricity. The decor is very unique, with a distinct 1970's feel, fully furnished with all the original furniture. It contains 3 floors and a basement. On the first floor is a beautiful small chapel as well as a kitchen. The upper two floors are the living quarters complete with single rooms, showers, and various recreational rooms. The space is very versatile and can be transformed into various settings; a hotel, dormitory, asylum, SRO, shelter, etc. It is available for usage anytime. All furniture is available to use as props.


















SCHOOL (287 POWERS STREET)


Built in the 1860's, this is the Saint Francis Elementary school which is currently not in use. It is still fully functional and has heat and electricity. The school has three floors, various classrooms, principal offices, as well as a nurses office. It has immaculate wooden floors and all the desks are still intact. All furniture is available for prop usage. This space is available for usage anytime.










ST. FRANCIS AUDITORIUM (200 WOODPOINT ROAD)



A very large space (48'x80') that is perfect for holding or even building a set. The ceilings are very high and there is a large stage area. It is able to hold 350 people and has many outlets available, ideal for hair and make-up. (Generator Required) It also has a wheelchair accessible entrance that makes bringing in equipment an ease. Has heating as well as air conditioning.








ST. NICKS GARDEN


 Here is our courtyard located right next to the Saint Nicholas church. It has many unique basement stairwells that could be used perfectly for the entrance of a hideout.









ST. NICKS AUDITORIUM (28 OLIVE STREET)


 Very spacious auditorium (62'x80') that can fit upwards of 375 people. A perfect location for holding with numerous tables and chairs available, as well as bathrooms. Also a very large stage, with a ton of additional tables and chairs behind the curtain. Has plenty of outlets as well as a working stove.










ST. CECILIAS GYM (24 N HENRY STREET)


 A full length basketball court in a large space. (48'x80') It also has a stage and heating. The ceiling has many steel beams perfect for lighting or also stunt work with cables. The entrance is wheelchair accessible making it easy to load in equipment.










SAINT NICKS CHURCH (32 OLIVE STREET)


Built in 1865, this is Saint Nicholas Church. The exterior is made up of red brick and really gives the church a classic New York feel. The interior is equally as impressive. It features many unusually large stained glass windows. It also has an extremely rare altar that is made up entirely of hardwood.
